How It Works
Our flower subscriptions are a form of 'Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)'. A CSA allows a small farm to supply its community with its locally grown products.
When purchasing a Flower Subscription, you are getting a share of our flower products for a specific period of time.
Communication
The majority of our communication is through email.
Once your flower subscription is purchased, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Then, when flowers near bloom, you'll receive another email with all the details.
Please email us with any questions or concerns you may have!
We offer pick-up from our flower stand located in Kawkawlin, MI or delivery within a 10-mile radius of the flower farm.
Pick-up is usually Tuesdays from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the flower stand.
You simply cross your name off a list and grab your flowers for the week. That’s it!
If the pick-up time arranged doesn't work for your schedule, we can accommodate when communicated by the customer.
Deliveries are usually Tuesday mornings between 8:00 - 10:00 AM

Customer Review
I purchased a spring flower subscription this year from Kate&June Blooms after comparing quite a few services in the Tri-city area. Their small bouquets are reasonably priced with excellent quality and service. I have received 2 deliveries so far and they are gorgeous and fresh. I am very happy with my subscription and will continue to support this local business.

Customer Review
I can’t say enough good things about a seasonal flower subscription from Kate & June Blooms. The spring subscription brings me so much joy after a long winter and the summer one is filled with a mix of flowers full of vibrant color. The flowers are locally grown and the bouquets last a very long time.

We offer a tulip, summer, and a fall subscription.
All are a little different and run for different periods of time. You can also purchase them all together in our bloom bundle package for one week free.
Once you pick a subscription and sign up on our website, then you’ll receive a confirmation email and a printable gift certificate in case you’re gifting the subscription. When the flowers are nearing bloom, you’ll receive another email explaining pick-up and delivery. Pick-ups are usually Tuesday’s from 4pm-7pm. Deliveries are usually Tuesday mornings from 8am-10am.
For pick-ups, you simply cross your name off the list at the flower stand and grab a bouquet. For delivery, you’ll receive your first delivery with a bouquet in a bucket of water. Then every delivery day you set out the bucket with water and I place the bouquet in the bucket. I always carry extra in case you forget.
I send reminder emails every week. If for some reason the time and day does not work for you, we can accommodate when communicated by the customer. If you are out of town for a week, you can either have someone else pick-up or we can double you up the next week.

Our flowers are locally grown and our focus is on specialty varieties. Many of the flowers you see at a florist and/or grocery store are grown in another country and flown in. By the time they reach your hands, the flowers have already lived quite a life. Our flowers represent what is currently in bloom at that moment in your community.
When you purchase our flowers, you know exactly where they are coming from, you are supporting your local ecosystem, and you get to experience flowers you wouldn’t get from a grocery store.
-
We grow flowers using organic and sustainable practices.
We are not considered a 100% organic flower farm. To state we are organic is a big deal and we would need to go through a lengthy certification process. This is something we are interested in for the future.
-
We try to focus on speciality flower varieties that you would not normally see at a grocery store.
April-May tulips are in season.
June- dianthus, rudbeckia, agrostemma, yarrow, feverfew, bachelor buttons, larkspur are in season.
July-first frost (usually early October) dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, celosia, cress, lisianthus, craspedia, marigolds, ageratum, and snapdragons are in season.
This is just a sample of what we grow. We are always learning and trialing new varieties.
