Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Kate & June Blooms, we take pride in providing beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements and services. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read below for details.
1. Order Cancellations
A. Flower Subscriptions
Floral Subscriptions: Once purchased, flower subscriptions can no longer be cancelled. You can, however, transfer the flower subscription to someone else by emailing Kate and June Blooms at kateandjuneblooms@gmail.com
B. Event & Wedding Floral Services
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Full Cancellations: If you cancel at least 30 days before your event, you may receive a partial refund, minus the deposit and any expenses already incurred (such as ordered flowers).
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable due to the time and resources already allocated to your order.
2. Refunds & Replacements
A. Fresh Flowers
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for fresh floral arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up. However, if you receive flowers that are damaged or of poor quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue. If approved, we will offer:
✔ A replacement arrangement (subject to availability)
✔ A credit for a future order
B. Event & Wedding Services
If an issue arises with your florals, please contact us immediately at kateandjuneblooms@gmail.com or 269-317-2628.
Refunds or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
❌ Custom floral orders & special requests
❌ Deposits for weddings & events
❌ Gift cards or store credits
❌ Flower Subscriptions
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
