FAQs

  • Buckets of Blooms is a mixed bucket of approximately 100 stems consisting of flowers and foliage. This is perfect for those wishing to design their own bud vases and/or arrangements for an event, party, or just for fun with friends.

You can choose from three different color palettes: bright and bold, soft and neutral, or jeweled and moody. Don’t have a preference? Then we can do a growers choice bucket which is when the farmer chooses what’s best in bloom. We do not take requests for specific flowers and we will always provide what is best in bloom.

  • A month or more in advance is ideal. If you are shorter on time, always reach out and check our availability.

  • You can choose from three color palettes: bright and bold, soft and neutral, or jeweled and moody.

We will do our best to stick with the color palette of your choosing, but we will ultimately provide what is best in bloom.

If you don’t have a preference you can just choose ‘farmers choice’.

That being said because we work with the seasons we don’t guarantee specific flowers. What may be in bloom one week, may not be available the next. We will always provide you with what’s best in bloom at that time.

  • No, these are pick-up only.

  • Yes. We will provide you with flower food and care instructions.

  • We try to focus on speciality flower varieties that you would not normally see at a grocery store.

    April-May tulips are in season.

June dianthus, rudbeckia, agrostemma, yarrow, feverfew, bachelor buttons, larkspur are in season.

July-first frost (usually early October) dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, celosia, cress, lisianthus, craspedia, marigolds, ageratum, and snapdragons are in season.

This is just a sample of what we grow. We are always learning and trialing new varieties.

  • We grow flowers using organic and sustainable practices.

We are not considered a 100% organic flower farm. To state we are organic is a big deal and we would need to go through a lengthy certification process. This is something we are interested in for the future.

  • Our flowers are locally grown and our focus is on specialty varieties. Many of the flowers you see at a florist and/or grocery store are grown in another country and flown in. By the time they reach your hands, the flowers have already lived quite a life. Our flowers represent what is currently in bloom at that moment in your community.

When you purchase our flowers, you know exactly where they are coming from, you are supporting your local ecosystem, and you get to experience flowers you wouldn’t get from a grocery store.

  • You can use them for bud vases, small arrangements, or bouquets.

This could be for bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, or even a fun activity with your favorite people!

We also offer an à la carte option for weddings and special events
